Help desk for the Headroom floors

What to do when an order runs over, the words you will meet with what each does to the bill, plain answers, and a test for any spreadsheet site, including this one.

When an order slips past its floor

Need help with a specific order? Who can actually fix it depends on where the money is.

  • Before the goods checkout: nothing is lost. Change the option, the quantity or the parcel, and run the finder again.
  • Item in the warehouse: the agent's customer service handles returns to the seller. Pandagoo's archived returns screen took applications within 5 days of the item being signed for.
  • Parcel on its way: the tracking number belongs to the line; the agent is your contact for delays and losses.
  • Parcel at home: the archived after-sales text asked for contact within 3 days of receipt, with unboxing photos and video.
  • The agent cannot be reached: what is left is the seller, for goods not yet sent, and your card issuer or PayPal for payments, each under its own rules and deadlines.

A floor-by-floor word list, priced

A glossary of words that come up on agent pages and in finds lists, each paired with what it does to a fixed budget.

QC
Short for quality check, meaning the photos the warehouse takes of your goods. Budget effect: the cheapest moment to send something back.
GL / RL
Shopper shorthand. GL: go ahead, ship it as photographed. RL: stop, ask for a return or exchange instead. Budget effect: an RL with no quality problem costs domestic postage.
First tier
The opening price on a 1688 listing and the quantity it starts at. Budget effect: the real smallest order.
MOQ
Minimum order quantity, the same idea as the first tier's starting quantity. Budget effect: multiplies the sticker.
Seller postage
What the seller charges to post your order to the warehouse in China. Budget effect: per order, often ¥3 to ¥10.
Handling charge
The fixed part plus percentage in Pandagoo's archived payment formula. Budget effect: paid at both checkouts.
Rehearsal package
A trial packing of your parcel, for a fee, to see its real weight and size. Budget effect: replaces a freight guess with a figure.
Size weight
Also called volumetric weight: the box edges turned into a weight figure. Budget effect: bulky parcels bill on this, not the scale.
Declared value
What you state the goods in the parcel are worth, for customs; the archived form took 1 to 120 dollars. Budget effect: can bring import tax at home.
Haul
Shoppers' word for a parcel of several finds shipped together. Budget effect: shares one freight payment and one fixed handling part.
Balance
Money held in your agent account, in yuan on Pandagoo. Budget effect: refunds land here, not on your card.

Headroom questions, answered plainly

Questions frequently asked by people setting a budget for an agent order.

Is the floor the price I will pay?

No. It is the goods checkout for the smallest order, without freight. The Headroom finder adds freight for your country and piece count.

Why do the cards give two prices?

They are the same smallest order through the archived formula with no handling charge and with a heavy one. Pandagoo's real numbers were not archived, so we show both ends.

Can I order these through Pandagoo today?

Not while its site does not load; it returned error 522 on October 24, 2026. The listings are on 1688, so any agent that buys from 1688 can order them.

Why are there no famous brands?

We only picked unbranded goods, and we left out anything whose photo, title or options carried another company's logo or model name.

The listing price on 1688 is different from the card. Which is right?

The listing, today. Prices change; we read ours on October 24, 2026. Send us the listing number; the card gets fixed and the change dated.

Does the finder include import tax?

No. Duty and import tax depend on your country and the declared value. Leave room for it if your country charges tax on small parcels.

Why does a small ceiling to Ireland give so little?

Because freight to Ireland is high at low weights: the cheapest half-kilo quote was about US$26. On small ceilings, freight is the biggest line.

Do you earn from the links?

Yes, from one place: the product catalogue behind the category tiles and the search box pays us a commission on purchases. The product cards link straight to 1688 and earn nothing.

Can you budget from that spreadsheet site

How to choose a spreadsheet site worth planning around: open any three of its cards and ask whether you could plan a total from them. A price with no date might be a year old. A price with no starting quantity hides the batch. A price with no option range hides the option gap. A site that never mentions weight or freight leaves out the second payment.

Run this site through the same test. Our cards carry the date, the starting quantity, the option range where there is one, and the listing number; freight lives in the finder; the operator and a correction address are on the about page. If a card fails, tell us.

Why the catalogue comes in floors

Why this list is filed by checkout price rather than by category or by popularity: most people shopping through an agent have a number in mind before they have a product. A list sorted by that number answers the first question first.

The floors are also deliberately coarse. Pandagoo's fee numbers are unknown, exchange rates move and sellers change prices. A band survives all three; an exact total would be wrong the next day. The finder gives you exact arithmetic for your own case, with your own assumptions in it.

What we keep up: prices, stock and dead links are rechecked and every change is dated on the changes page.
